1. Free Online Consultation Our free online consultation provides clients with actionable insights for their project. During this session, our experts will review your goals, answer your questions, and outline the best path forward - all with no obligation. 2. Paid Bookings Paid bookings will require payment at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. All paid bookings are subject to these same terms unless additional agreements apply. 3. Session Duration Session durations vary depending on the type of service selected. The exact duration for each consultation or session is clearly displayed on the service page before booking. Extended or custom sessions may be available upon request and are subject to availability and additional fees. 4. Booking Window To ensure proper scheduling and preparation: - Clients may book sessions up to 7 days in advance. - Sessions cannot be booked less than 24 hours before the start time. Bookings outside these windows may be automatically declined or manually rescheduled. 5. Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule their own bookings online, subject to availability: - Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the session start time. - Sessions cannot be rescheduled within the 24-hour window. Missed sessions without rescheduling are considered cancellations. bigDrop may reschedule a session in case of emergencies, technical issues, or staff availability. 6. Cancellation Policy - Free consultations: No fees apply. However, repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions. - Paid sessions: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the start time may receive a refund or credit. - Cancellations within 24 hours of the session start time may be non-refundable. 7. No Obligation & No Guarantee Free consultations are provided for general guidance only and do not create a contract for services. Recommendations do not guarantee project approval, timelines, or results unless formal agreements are signed. 8. Client Responsibilities Clients agree to: - Provide accurate project details during booking - Maintain a professional and respectful environment - Ensure stable internet connectivity for online sessions 9.
